The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis vs budget and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Perform financial analysis on project performance, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for projects, including budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to provide financial insights and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Support decision-making by providing financial forecasts and scenario analysis for ongoing and future projects.
• Identify and lead automation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) is a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting models.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI, desktop Power BI, and other financial tools.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills for presenting financial data.
• Adaptability to perform both strategic and detailed financial tasks as needed.
