HR MANAGER

Position Overview
The HR Manager will lead the People function for a major industrial company with regional reach. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the full spectrum of Human Resources practices, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains the talent required to meet its strategic objectives. The position reports directly to the General Manager and will work closely with senior leaders and area managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all organizational levels, ensuring timely and effective staffing aligned with business needs.
Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, assess technical and behavioral competencies, and implement robust selection methodologies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within industrial operations and regional functions.
People Development & Leadership Support
Design and execute programs for employee development, learning, and succession planning.
Conduct leadership assessments, identify high-potential talent, and propose individualized and team-based development actions.
Provide ongoing coaching and advisory support to managers, supervisors, and key functional leaders to strengthen their leadership effectiveness and decision-making.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Policies
Manage the company’s compensation and benefits policy, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
Conduct salary reviews, job evaluations, and compensation analyses, and support the implementation of corporate programs.
Ensure all HR policies are updated, communicated, and consistently applied across the organization.
Workplace Climate, Culture & Well-Being
Monitor organizational climate and lead initiatives that promote a healthy, safe, and engaging work environment.
Develop programs focused on employee well-being, motivation, and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor and mediator in situations requiring conflict management, active listening, and organizational sensitivity.
Training & Capability Building
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
Coordinate the design, delivery, and evaluation of internal and external training programs aligned with industrial and regional requirements.
HR Analytics & KPI Management
Oversee HR indicators and dashboards, analyzing trends and proposing data-driven solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
Present HR metrics and insights to senior management and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements
Education & Professional Background
University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Labor Relations, or related fields.
Mandatory experience in HR leadership roles within industrial companies (manufacturing, operations, or large industrial environments).
Proven track record in recruitment, development, and end-to-end HR management in complex operational settings.
Technical Skills
Fluent English (mandatory): ability to read and interpret corporate documentation, hold conversations with global stakeholders, and deliver presentations in English.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, HR management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
Solid understanding of HR metrics, compensation structures, and modern HR practices.
